1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Clatri ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Clatri is an agentic AI assistant designed to help you manage your money, health, and personal life simply and without friction. Clatri is an experimental project; by using the Service, you acknowledge the experimental nature described in Section 3.

2. Description of Service

Clatri provides the following features through a conversational agentic AI interface:

  • Money: Personal and business financial management, expense tracking, income recording, multi-currency support, and financial reporting.
  • Health: Medical history tracking, medication reminders, symptom logging, and health metrics monitoring.
  • Myself: Personal journaling, task management, calendar integration, and personal growth tracking.
  • Projects & Docs: Project management with issues, sprints, and documentation features.

Clatri acts autonomously on your behalf, using AI agents to interpret your requests and execute actions across these domains. The Service may include automated features such as reading and categorizing bank transactions from connected financial accounts.

3. Experimental Nature and Disclaimer

Clatri is an experimental project under active development. You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • The AI agent may produce errors, inaccurate responses, or take incorrect actions
  • The Service may experience interruptions, outages, or degraded performance
  • Despite our best efforts, data loss may occur
  • Features may change, be modified, or be removed without prior notice

Clatri is committed to preventing these issues and continuously improving the Service. However, you use the Service at your own risk and accept these inherent limitations of an experimental platform.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with Clatri, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

  • Safeguarding the password and authentication methods for your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

You may authenticate using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. By using these services, you also agree to their respective terms of service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • To transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or person
  • In any way that infringes upon the rights of others
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • To use the AI features for generating harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Clatri, including financial records, health data, personal notes, voice messages, and images. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service to you.

When you share an entity with another user, the content associated with that entity becomes visible to the shared user. You are responsible for managing entity sharing permissions.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights. We do not claim ownership over your personal data.

7. AI Features and Limitations

Clatri uses agentic artificial intelligence to process your requests, execute actions, and provide insights. Your use of the chat and AI features involves sending your messages, voice, documents, and relevant context to third-party AI providers for processing. See Section 8 and our Privacy Policy (Section 6) for what data is sent, who receives it, and how we obtain your consent.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI responses may not always be accurate or complete
  • The AI agent may autonomously execute actions such as creating records, categorizing transactions, or modifying data based on your instructions or configured automations
  • Automated services such as bank transaction reading operate continuously once activated and process data on your behalf
  • The Service is not a substitute for professional financial, medical, or legal advice
  • Financial information provided is for personal organization purposes only and should not be considered financial advice
  • Health tracking features are for informational purposes and do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment

8. Consent for AI Processing and Data Sharing

Explicit consent for AI features: Before using the chat or any AI-powered feature, you must give your explicit consent for Clatri to send your personal data—including messages, voice transcriptions, images, documents, and relevant context from your account—to external artificial intelligence service providers for real-time processing. By accepting these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and—when applicable—by confirming on a consent screen before your first use of the chat, you grant this consent. Your data is sent solely for processing; these providers do not store or use it to train their models, in accordance with their policies.

Other features: By activating or using any other feature or service within Clatri, you consent to the associated data collection, processing, and automated actions required for that feature to function. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Connecting financial accounts for automated transaction reading
  • Enabling health tracking and medication reminders
  • Allowing the AI agent to create and manage records on your behalf

You may withdraw consent for AI features by ceasing to use the chat and AI-powered capabilities. For other features, you may withdraw consent by deactivating them. Continued use of any feature constitutes ongoing consent.

9. Subscriptions and Payments

Clatri may offer premium features through subscription plans. Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and are subject to their respective terms.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app store
  • Prices may change with prior notice

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Clatri and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clatri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
  • Decisions made based on information provided by the Service
  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or incorrect actions by the AI agent
  • Actions taken by automated services on your behalf
  • Any consequences resulting from the experimental nature of the platform

Given the experimental nature of Clatri, you agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. Clatri's total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Account Deletion and Termination

You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our systems. Clatri does not retain any user data after account deletion.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
