Terms of service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Gurwi LLC for use of Clatri (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Clatri is an agentic AI assistant that helps you manage money, health, and personal productivity in one product. You can record and review information in the app yourself, or ask the assistant in chat (text, voice, or files) to do it.

The Service includes, depending on your plan and credits:

  • Money: accounts, cards, expenses, income, budgets, debts, savings, investments, reports, statement import, and optional bank connections via Plaid for supported banks in the United States and Canada.
  • Health: conditions, episodes, medications and reminders, metrics, cycle tracking, and medical documents. This is for personal organization only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Productivity: spaces, pages, boards, tasks, habits, calendar, contacts, and notes.
  • Assistant: a conversational agent that can read relevant context from your account and create, update, or delete records when you ask.

A paid auto-renewable subscription unlocks the assistant and related premium capabilities for the billing period you choose (for example weekly, monthly, or annual), including a credit allowance for AI usage and features that consume credits (such as Plaid bank connections). One-time credit packs add credits that do not expire. Exact prices, trial (if any), and credit amounts are shown in the app and on the App Store or Google Play listing at purchase time.

3. Experimental Nature

Clatri is under active development. You acknowledge that:

  • The assistant may be wrong, incomplete, or take an incorrect action.
  • The Service may be interrupted or changed without prior notice.
  • Data loss is possible despite our efforts.

You use the Service at your own risk. It is not a substitute for a professional accountant, doctor, or lawyer.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your authentication methods safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us of unauthorized access. You may sign in with Google or Apple; their terms also apply to that sign-in.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country if higher).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate law or others’ rights.
  • Upload malware or attempt to break into the Service or other users’ accounts.
  • Impersonate someone else.
  • Use the assistant to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
  • Resell the Service or share your account in a way that evades these Terms.

6. Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you put in Clatri. You grant us a limited license to host, encrypt, decrypt as needed to provide the Service, display, and process that content—including sending it to the AI and infrastructure providers listed in the Privacy Policy—solely to operate the Service for you.

If you share an entity, the associated content is visible to people you authorize. If you create an MCP or API token, the external tool you connect can access what you granted until you revoke the token.

7. AI Features

Chat, voice, document analysis, and similar features send your messages, recordings, files, and relevant account context to third-party AI providers: currently OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (Gemini), DeepSeek, and Perplexity, as described in the Privacy Policy. Voice is transcribed with OpenAI Whisper. This sharing is required for those features to work.

You acknowledge that:

  • Model outputs can be wrong.
  • The assistant may create or change records when you instruct it, or when an automation you enabled runs.
  • Financial information is for personal organization, not investment or tax advice.
  • Health tracking is informational, not care.

8. Permission for AI Processing

By creating an account you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. By sending a message, voice note, or file to the assistant, or by asking it to use your records, you permit Clatri to transmit that personal data to the providers named in the Privacy Policy for real-time processing of that request. If you do not want that, do not use AI features. You can withdraw that permission by stopping use of those features. Other features (for example connecting a bank via Plaid in the United States or Canada) have their own authorization step in the app.

9. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

Paid access is sold as auto-renewable subscriptions and, separately, as one-time credit packs. Payments are charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms, including refunds.

  • What you receive: for the listed price and period, access to Clatri’s AI assistant across money, health, and productivity, the credit allowance shown for that plan, and premium capabilities that require a subscription (including bank connections that consume credits).
  • Subscriptions renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple or Google account settings.
  • The length of the subscription (week, month, or year) and the price are displayed before you confirm purchase.
  • Managing or canceling is done in the store, not by emailing us, except if your subscription was bought on another platform.
  • Prices may change with notice as required by the store.
  • Purchased credit packs do not expire; subscription credits reset with each billing period as shown in the app.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, brand, and original software (excluding your content) belong to Gurwi LLC and its licensors.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clatri and Gurwi LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, decisions you make from the Service, outages, unauthorized access, or errors by the assistant. Our total liability for claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Account Deletion and Termination

You may delete your account and associated data from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

13. Changes

We may change these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date and notify you of material changes in the app or by email. Continued use after the change is acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Gurwi LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds a section unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
